There seems to no longer be NPC (Concord/DED) buy orders for these. Were they removed deliberately? Can't see anything in any patch notes. Just moved a stack of high-order ones from 0.0 to empire....if they are now largely worthless.....*sob*

Can't give you a definitive answer, but it is more than 25%. I got the skillbook offer when I had a fraction under 25K LPs; and almost as if he knew this thread needed answering, one of my agents has today given me a 12K offer when I have 20404 LP.
