CCP has got a good idea going with this proposed change to rigs. The only problem is that many people with existing, well researched rig blueprints are going to get the short end of the stick when all of their existing blueprints become large rig ...

Aha, that was it! A simple 3.8 MB download of the latest patch got the game running for me again. Thanks for the help, Paradox! I've never run into this issue in all the time I've played EVE - until now. It's rather odd that the game didn't autom...

About five hours have passed since I resubscribed, and I still can't log into this game due to the incompatibility error. Still nothing about this? Not even an acknowledgement from CCP that something is amiss?

Welcome to the crowd. I encountered the exact same thing when I tried to log in today. It's rather amusing to resubscribe my account, and this is the first thing I find - unable to log in! Oh well, at least it isn't just me.
