Apparently, there is some steam sale going on, and a buddy of mine wants to try it out. Now, is that cumulative with the buddy invite? If I send him a buddy invite, can he buy the starter pack on steam and get upgraded in a way that nets me a plex?

I would like to build a ship that could take me on (semi)-AFK trips from one edge of New Eden to the other, fast. I need high subwarp speed, and high warp speed. High agility is a plus. Pricerange as high as 200-300M. What do you have, forum?
