Iv done PtW a few times: once they arrived just after 1h, once at 75 min and when i finaly did the mission and i deliberately waited for em to show up, they never did

I did the Caldari part wich was hard for me to do in Cyclone (had to warp out 4 times) after that went afk for an hour and when i came back the amarr stage was filled with bs and cruisers wich cost me my first Cyclone:(
