I must agree that 4 hours is a bit much, however i havent done highsec lvl4's since god knows when. Im used to 14k LP missions, and 3 x lvl4 Q 20 agents in a single station, and now going to empire with this char finding out its pretty much SUCKS...

ive never done lvl 5's but i know that ishtar can finish alone 10/10 plexes like the old serpentis shipyard... which my drake, pure tank, failed at tanking even with a domi who had shield transport... AB, dual armor rep high res :) that tanks......
