11. Outbreak, new important implant mission? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
There was a similar one, but in that case you were taking antibiotics to somewhere and it was much smaller cargo requirement. From what people have been saying it look like transaction logs isn't giving implant anymore.

There is a certain level at which factions regard you as hostile and open fire, I believe it's -5 to the faction. I'm not in that situation yet but that is what I have read.
