For PVE I'd say fill the highs with the biggest pulse lasers you can, AB for the mid, small rep and cpr's in the lows. Drop cpr's if your cap can hold and replace them with either tank or heatsinks.

What are you planning on doing? Sounds like you are either going through low sec or 0.0 since you were almost scrammed. If that is so then a Cov-Ops would be your best bet if you aren't worried about cargo. If not a Cov-Ops, then I would say an In...

Someone else is tanking I hope. I would fit: 2 Dual Light Pulses AB, Cap Recharger Small Rep, I-Stab(not really sure for the last slot) A Punisher would really be a lot better though.
