You just get the bounty automatically, don't think you need any proof. You have all those communication devices in your ship, which includes records of what you've done which would include killing someone with a bounty on their head =D

I've had the same trouble.. All you have to do is go to the official website of the graphics card you have, like if you have a NVIDIA graphcis card go to NVIDIA.com, and then download the latest graphic driver for the specific kind of graphics car...
