Yes the other preferred use for scope chip rigs to make 245km sniper fits (lol drone assist 2sec lock with cloak and warpstabs) for risk free pvp. But that is uncommon so hence the "glitched gardes" whereby I meant scope rigs in general :)

Solution: Make drone assist require a lock on the assisted ship. EWAR becomes viable, shooting drone bunnies out becomes much more viable, quad warp stabbed cloaky drone assist camps / stratios gangs get nerfed as they should.
