I *may* have this sorted. Put in the latest BIOS for my eVGA 750i SLI FTW motherboard, and I can now run 3 clients in classic mode. Haven't tried premium yet, but I AM able to log in at least. Haven't run for any length of time to see if I'm stab...

As an added note, I did setup last night for two-window spanned mode (silly card won't let me span three screens ) but in the two window spanned (I have a client setup for full-screen mode, premium graphics, etc.) it was far better than the old 8...
