The Shield Recharge time of all BCs could be put in-line with the raw Shield HP of the ship class. Seems like a good place to start and the perfect time to be implemented.

My 2 cents for what its worth: Undo these last changes, Revise the Shield Recharge on all BCs: Currently Battlecruisers have about 3x the raw shield HP with the recharge rate of a cruiser. This is a perfect opportunity to put the recharge in line...
