I was in deep lowsec. I had finished setting up my research, there was one other guy in local but I was in a shuttle so it wasn't going to matter. I undock and on my overview is the other guy, solid red... in a capsule. I look at it and it's not ...

I'm going to use a Cruise Raven once the training for the cruises is done but what should I do in the meantime (about 5 days). Use a Torp Raven only for those 5 days, use a Drake or keep doing L3s in the Drake?

I am currently running Level 3s in a Drake, however based on the values in this thread I am spending the same amount of time to make 1/15th of the ISK (I could make more per with less risk mining in a Retriever...) so I want to move on to L4s. ...
