PvE = maximize dps (and thus efficiency) as much as possible while maintaining 'adequate' tank. In light of this: 425mm t2x6, HAM t2x2 Meta 4 MWD, Shield Booster t2, Invuln t2 x 2 Gyrostabt2x4, BCUt2x2 Rig with CCCs and you are nicely overtanked...
