Any chance on having sov in B-d changed to 3 and maybe the Outpost could get seeded :). It should help pos assembly testing, and the testing of the rest of the POS structures.

Anyway I can get sov 3 in B-D and 5m for testing. BTW Outposts will be put up for use in these systems. When they go up in 4 days can i get them seeded?
