Sorry for double posting. I tried to run Eve and my other games on the family computer. And I got the same problems there :( So it's starts to get narrowed down now. It's not my computer that has the error. It must be in my DSL modem/router thingy...

The windows firewall is not running, and Norton is set to low. All my programs are set to be allowed to access the internet. But something keeps them blocked.
