I agree with the range thing. I use a Caracal with 5 heavy launchers, mwd, shield extender, shield booster, cap recharger, power diagnostic and overdrive injector. Most missions are no problem keeping them at 40k or so - the gate mission is more ...

Please remember though that not everyone doing lvl3 missions is a combat master with a battleship. I would find 100k rats still to be a challenge and taking on a BS would be suicide. If some lvl3 missions are made harder they should at least give...
