3. Skill Training Glitch - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Dont feel bad. I had to train Evasive Maneuvering twice. I completed the training and recieved the mail confirming it was done. Go to skill list and it said level 0 at 0%. Trained again and it took.

Same fps problems here. It's making fighing extremely difficult. I also have skips/mini freezes as well. Worked great pre RMR.
