They added the ability to do mwd in missions when they created faction warfare, or at least shortly after, so not 5 years, but more like 4.5 years as it was around Empyrean age.

Yea I am keeping the domi after I did some math on ishtar. I have a dual LAR II on my domi and full wrack of guns with one taken out for a drone control range mod, mainly cause I was testing sentries vs heavies
