Basically... all capital ships need a gang to move. That means the Dreadnaughts / Carriers / Motherships / Titans all need gangs and POS fuel to move anywhere. Go for the command ship and wait till you in an agressive allience untill the carrier...

Yeah, your apoc isnt worth comparing to a covetor. T2 mod miners on a covteor give around 1300m3 per 3 mins each... thats 3900m3(give or take) per 3 min cycle Apoc cant come close... and its under the 100mill mark to outfit a covetor with Tech...

Your also forgetting that the maller has 5% armour resitances per cruiser level. None of the BS's have that. Without any hardeners you wont get much over 60% resistances(other than EM) with your setup.

Dreads can go anywhere.. Carriers and Motherships are not allowed in concord controlled space! e.g. anything 0.4 - 0.0 they are allowed to fly in. 0.5-1.0 not allowed! Hope this is clear

They are meant to be barges that can survive the 'Rigours' of space. But I think that the shield booster bonus might be taking that a little far... Although I do agree with your strip miner duration idea, they are T2 barges after all... faster min...

I think... as this is just because i love the thing... But as the Punisher is now able to take on 4/10 complexes solo due to the changes in the patch i choose that as the king! Now, think about it... 5% armour resistances as a special ability....
