but i can only buy an gtc at the account management if someone offers one to the account. there is no option to buy gtc's for isk without that offer.

since a week or two i get every day multible disconnects and after that i'am unable to log in again for up to an hour.. i could select the char but then it stands at CHARACTER SELECTION ... entering game as xxxx forever

you missunderstood.. i want to know which research the bpo needs.. not what the bpo is doing *g* there is absolutely no info at the agent-info that tells any bp from the hull upgrades tree.. so did there come new agents or what?
