I agree with more than half the stuff in this topic, though even 3 months sounds like a long time to me, something like 1 month with no activity would be better that way every month more room would be freed up in belts, rather than having a bunch...

Have you gone to your map window and gone to the autopilot settings? It may be set so it trys to avoid certain areas (like low sec) and that could be the cause of your problems

I'm having the same problem with Joutalen Ohorala in Litiura, except its a level 3 agent... I just got the standing so I can get missions from her, it SAYS she is available to me, but she just flips me off still >_>

not sure really, I've never had to touch any of my files, just thought it would be safe to delete anything in the cache folder since people do it all the time

Umm, make sure you have the latest drivers is all I can say, and try deleting the C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\cache\Pictures\Portraits folder And expect some, usual comments, about the 9 mouths
