With all the changes I find it is better to do with 8x dual heavy over 6x, its added dmg that you need. With duals you can engage outside nos range. Also Target painting drones are a must.

No not caldari. With the new skills for hardners they are a must for a Prophacy, Maller, and Sac. 2 Damage Control II and 1 tech II hardner (maller and prophacy - exp, sac - therm) will bring all res on armor to 80% or so.
