In the info section of site they used to have ship stats. Frigates had 0 crew members, except kestrel which for some reason had 3... i think. Crusier had anywhere from 10s to 100s. Battleships had thousands. Average indy had 5 - 10.

Take your optimal and add your falloff to it. Now that is the range you will start hitting good at with your projectials. In my experiance... they tend to hit better when in falloff range.

Ummmmm.... if you want to be killing with a covert ops ship...don't fly the Buzzard. Its a recon ship. Get into a stealth bomber to kill stuff. They fit out ok still. And sig radius of targets doesn't seem to effect the missiles like they do on bs...
