the weird thing is... in this chronicle it says that a warp bubble disrups the lock... so shouldnt a MWD create a small warpbubble and reduce the sig instead ? shouldnt the penalty be a reduced locktime and lockrange for a ship using a MWD... ...

will have a cycle time off 10 minutes and wont need a module to activate it... just rigth click and activate when its in the hold... good for all tankers... sheild tankers need armor rep and armor hull rep...
