There is no limit on distance to receive rewards for a gang turn-in. I ran a mission with my alt in gang and she received the standings, LP, and ISK reward even thought she was about 20 jumps away.

You can be assigned however many fighters as you can control drones. So Drones 5 = 5 fighters. The damage is based off the carrier pilot since they are under his primary control, you are only the secondary AFAIK

Show the info on the missles that are in your launchers and then multiply the Max Velocity by Flight time to find your max range. You'll be able to fire missles from a greater distance than your Max but they won't reach the target if it has to fly...
