Atm there are a lot of events like hulkageddon that focus on killing your hulk in hi sec. I guess you hulk could be dead as soon as you start flying into a belt wihtout the proper preparation :)

Destroyers eat drones alive. I guess it's an even fight if you can manage to keep your ab up and orbit him where his guns don't track. As soon as the cruisers drones are toast he will lose... badly. At least if he hasnt got an ab. With afterburn...

In Terms of Real Dps a HM Loki might be the best Choice. Big Dronebay, 4 or 5 HM Launchers, some space for utility or artys. And ofc you can switch dmg types like you want. :). If you wanna go for the Legion i'd go for the Drone Module - imho the...

Personally, i'd advise you to go for a maelstrom for missions in the near future. That means tech ii large autos or arties (personal favour) and tech 2 shield boosters and hardeners. It's really awesome and can one shot battlecruisers in missions ...
