So you stay in an npc corp for a while and bore them to death... or use a couple alts to swap corps around and waste thier isk fer fun. Or get some friends and kill these guys fer kicks.
And the 100 mill.. keep it.

Hi Moro,
I do not know how long you have been in the game, but welcome to EVE. 1st, don't panic. 2nd quietly make an alt and let tem sit in your corp, while your main goes to a NPC corp. 3rd. If they decide to follow you, start looking for a normal corp with many people in it to share your time with. EvE is best played with good friends, and corp mates, on voice coms, drinking coffeee , blowing stuff up together.

Did you do anything to them? Also the 11% only goes from mission rewards and time bonusses, not from loot and salvage (which is where the real money is). It's a fair price to pay for wardec immunity.
If they really are harassing you (i.e. targetting you for no specific reason) you can petition under the harassment category; it should be dealt with pretty quickly.

I cant join any corp because they get war dec 24hrs later... I am a mission runner so the 11% tax does take a toll on me and every corp I join I am either getting kicked because they convo and say kick moro or we dec or they just dec... I am currently in a new mining corp having fun and they followed me here and war dec this corp now.. I cant enjoy this game anymore because of them.

Well the answer is the same anyways. find a corp that likes mission running and pvp. There are hundreds of them out here in EvE.
My advice is find yourself a nice corp that has people in 0.0 and hisec. You will find that it makes EvE more enjoyable to play.

heh.. well, i've been paying a 10% tax since I started eve.. it's really not that big of a deal...
and with wardec imunity you are saving isk by not being blown up all the time.
and really doubt these people are that dedicated in deccing you... unless you really annoyed them somehow. My small alt corps are rarely to never decced. The main, of course.. well we always wardecced, but who cares :P

There was this other topic here on the forums about practically the same thing, the posters came to the conclusion that the harasser was participating in a bannable offense and could effectively be reported for investigation.
If not, there's always the NPC corp solution others before me have mentioned. _________________

Seriously 11% tax is one mission in every 10, in the time you've spent switching corps every time you get war-decced, or holed up in station, you could have run 50 missions - wouldn't it be better to pay the tax for a while, rather than getting war-decced all the time.
What did you do to them? They obviously have a grudge against you and believe you have some ISK to pay them with.

Edited by: Shan''Talasha Mea''Questa on 11/12/2009 09:54:13 You still haven't said anything about HOW this all started, and you make it sound like your original character was deleted by someone else.
Simple steps: * As mentioned before: Quit the corp you are in and stick with whatever NPC-corp you end up in. The 11% tax is really not the end of the world. * Remain in 0.5 and higher space. (When in an NPC-corp, CONCORD is your friend) * Fly replaceable ships, if they want to suicide you... let them. They lose their ship as well as long as you stick to high sec. * They will loose interest in you and move on to a softer target. * You don't always have to outrun the lion, sometimes it is enough to outrun the other guy.
And if you want to explain why they have this grudge against you... I am most anxious to read about it. -----------------------------------------------

IIRC, constantly following one particular player and making their gameplay miserable is considered harassment.

You have three options.
1) Petition for harassment. 2) Join an NPC corp and swallow the 11%. 3) Join a PVP alliance that would be glad of a free wardec. _________________________ Join Channel 'Mentors' for PVP and PVE help and advice ingame without changing corps. Yeah come on - tell all..
My money is on you giving them good smack when popped back in the past and they now find you somewhat delicious and keep at it attempting to find that same magic again?
However, if they are making your game miserable to the extent you have detailed I'd have a stab at a petition also.
Either way - good luck to ya' old bean.

It could be harassment if they do it for no specific reason. On the other hand, it's legit gameplay if they have a good reason to do what they do.
The story about the old character being chased around corps and now the new character too is weird. How would they know the old and new character are the same person? Lotsa questions, very little answers so far.

convo some pvp type corps and asked them if you can join them for a limited time. In exchange they get a free wardec (pvp corps are always happy to have targets). I'm pretty sure the problem will be resolved in a few days time...

Sounds like you need to change your api key now.
The only way they could follow the new character would be with the key, so likely it's someone you shared the key with (either due to corp requirments or for use on a killboard)
Second, need more info on the griefers. Can also see about bored pvp corps that want some targets.
Fun fact is you can start trial accounts, make alt corps (with trial account chars as ceo). Join let them wardec them and then hop into the next one. It will lock their wardecs for 24hours while they cancel it, raise the prices up for each additional war...

Well, since we apparently can't get an explanation as to why these people chase you, I will speculate an answer that makes sense. The old character was in the same corp with these guys. He stole some junk, or did something else unpleasant (killed a corpie, some other scam, whatever). So, they chase him around the universe for revenge. Then old toon gets deleted, and new toon is born. But dingbat forgot he gave out his limited API to them when he applied to that corp. One day someone in old corp remembers they have it, sees the new toon, and starts chasing it.

You must have really rubbed someone the wrong way in game or in RL to be followed like this this.
Change your api, role a new toon (assuming your current one is a noob) and join a proper corp. Dont tell anyone your past history.
Or
Change your api, keep your toon and join a PVP/PVE Corp. I know my mains Corp would love a free war dec.
Whats the name of the Corp that keeps griefing you?

no I was never in the same corp as them..
sorry for the delay in sayin what happen I am at work..
on my older character I started a pvp corp.. so one this this random corp was talking trash in local and canflipping people.. so my corp thought hey alright we got some can flippers here lets give them a war dec, it was a small 8 man corp and we only had 7 people at the time most of the players were new in my corp very new.. so after we war dec them 24 hrs after we got war dec ourselves by the corp that is now chasing my character around, they said they are war decin me because I was picking on weaker corps for war dec.. when all I did was wardec a corp that was stronger then my own for some pvp practice they were can flipping new players so I thought why not.. so after that they have been chasing me non stop all over the place
and as for them knowing my other chars yea it is because I gave my API out to a few of my old corp members so they can see what skills I had trained and forgot about it and did not get a new one.. they gave my API to the corp chasing me for them not to kill my old members ships hell of a deal damn traitors... now my API is changed but it's too late they already know this char and are still after me the break for 4 months I took didnt make them go away I joined a pvp corp went inactive, came back left and started my own then they started decin again..
the corp that is causing all this problem is called Nethro Ore Conglomerate they are not a mining corp no matter how much they say they are.. check the KB they do not mine they are pure pvp

Based on your story it looks like you attacked people who were can flipping/pirating in hi sec. This could be considered anti-pirate work. In return they hired on mercs/hi griefers to attack you and have been chasing you ever since. Nethro Ore Conglomerate is the Corp who is doing all the decing correct?
Nethro Ore Conglomerate:
http://eve.battleclinic.com/killboard/combat_record.php?type=corp&name=Nethro+Ore+Conglomerate
From what I can see on battleclinic they are hi sec griefers. All their kills are at mission hubs/trade hubs, basically your standard issue carebear griefers. FYI my main has more kills than their whole Corp put together.
I'll have a word with a CEO I know tonight. If your story checks out then i'll see if I can get you onboard. They are pure PVP/PVE NRDS Anti Pirate Corp, part of a decent Alliance and would welcome some free pew with these Nethro Ore Conglomerate guys. It's always nice to smash in hi sec for a change, less uninvited guests that way.

Edited by: Sharbat on 11/12/2009 15:03:13 Hello Moro,
since we aren't even aware of stalking you, we took a look into the situation.
So let us clarify some things: Your initial corp (Unscripted) attacked one of our friends. We declare war on Unscripted to help our mates (so this war was unrelated to you as a person).
After the wardec, you open a chat and smacktalk a whole lot on how you will destroy our two corps. After this little chat you quit Unscripted and leave the rest of the corp to die. As a result of your smacking, you earned yourself a wardec on a personal basis on the new corp (what your reap is what you sow - also have a look at the nice ccp trailer which explains to you in detail how your actions influence this game).
And here we are now with you claiming we were wardeccing you all along on an alt we arent even aware of as well as positioning yourself as the innocent person that gets griefed out of the game by us.
Also there were never any convos between us and your corps ceos with us requesting that you should be removed from the corp.
