I was wondering if a caracal with Hvyassualts would be able to mount a MWD. Thing is i dont have the skill for the MWD yet but if someone can confirm that it would fit with at least average skills then ill be training that after gunnery 5+large...

What would make a cheap t1 pvp caracal? I know t2 anything would help a lot but I would prefer to stick to stuff that i can produce myself to help keep the costs down. If i lose my ship chances are its going to be overkill where t2 mods wouldnt...
