Why does everyone keep going on about passive tanks. Serisouly if you cant fit/run 1 repper something is wrong. We atleast want 1 repper to be viable both tank and cap wise. Is it too much to ask?

Why hasnt the geddon gotten a cpu boost? It clearly lacks cpu. And why didnt abaddond get a inherent cap boost like the apoc? It clearly cant use its guns without capping out before normal engagements are over. Why??
