Cloaks in my opinion are fine as they are, however your idea to detect them may have merit if it does not actually de-cloak them and instead tells you there is a cloaked ship of (ship's size class) within 0.25au->128au (the probe scan ranges). ...

It would be nice if the S & I window had the current count of jobs similar to market orders in the wallet. Currently it lists the max number of jobs (research and mfg). It's not that bad to count them, but it would be a nice addition.
