its a lol fit, and ofc the "plan" is to start burning when theres noone around, hence the cloak. Once youre alone start burning, anyone who lands on grid of this will be far far away, so you can react.

Its apperently a new feature that when in fleet, my drones apperence in the overview is the same as the other guys in fleet. I want to see where the heck my drones are, my own drones should differ from the drones in fleet! Please fix it!

Two things: 1. Buff Its not only the Myrmidon, alot of gallente ships are missing the 1 slot. 2. Redesign Hulltanking should be more viable, more modules and better ones.

It makes sence that you should have some crew on the ship. Have you tried NavyField Online? The crew gets more experienced everytime it shoots, repairs and so on. Also in PVE it should be useful. But they should only act as a TINY bonus.
