same problem here. I've re-installed the game several times completely eliminating all ccp files on my hard drive.. I've reinstalled new and old video card drivers (ATI HD 5750).. It did not make any change.

Test server for the last several days has prematurely closed at 07:36 eve time - the wrong posted time it cuts off 24 minutes early. The downtime message is broadcast fine but same exact time every day the last few days.
