Ok an update , it seems to have stopped now , i turned off all the chat channels in game apart from local and corp , and now it has stopped , maybe the problem is to much data going in or out and causing a flood, im not an expert in computer's ect...

Same problem only started last night for me , im in england and use One-tel , i know for a fact it's not the isp , as any other game is fine and has been for the 2 years ive been with them. hope they sort it out as it's really annoying.

If your using an nvidia card try using the 43.45 drivers, i had the same problem and these fixed it, hope this helps.
