You can buy the officer modules in the market with isk. The only other way to get them is if they are on named officers that you have to take out. And then you loot them.

The only bpo's in game are for tech 1 and some tech 2 stuff. If it's a faction bp then it's a copy as there are not bpo's for faction items. Especially not for ships.

You don't need to be that close to launch them. You do need to stay insystem, at the end of it's timer your moon scanner will pop up with results on the resources that moon has. It will only do it when the probes timer runs out. It doesn't need to...

No....when you log out it warps to the random spot and disappears after 5 mins roughly. Unless you have agression timer and then it's 15mins. Your otherwise safe.
