personaly i use a rifter when doing a lot of pvp and i find the most effective set up is 2x280 howies 2x standard missile launchers 1x mwd 1x warp scrambler 1x micro auxillary power core and whatever else u can fit in! do not put a sheid booster ...

my character also had 5 months away from the game, so when i rejoined there were many new things implemented but they did not take more than a week to train to l3 and all the basic(most important) skills were still there! nobody should be able to ...
