wel, basically the pvp rules stay the same. i.e if you shoot at someone who hasn't got a -5 sec status or less, in .5 empire. You will get the concord gank squad paying you a visit. On the bounties page, you will see a list of the top 20 bounties...

To put it basically... It's to prevent you from logging back on and finding yourself in a clone bay, after being ganked at a gate. Also its worth pointing, don't get into the habit of setting your auto pilot and walking away. "scotty, i need mo...

I belive it means... Your in say 1.0 space and ganged with corp A, and corp B who they are at war with come along.. they can attack the corp A member any where with out taking a security hit, or concord getting involved, and if they so wish.. atta...

As races go, there isn't any real difference. But for ships and weapons go then there is differences, each ship has its strenghths and weakness, hence a lot of people tend to train up in different ship types for different situation. PvP boils down...
