However EM/Thermal are the lowest shield resists, so they usually end up being the two that are tanked heavily, of course there are a lot of people that are able to tank all there resists to high levels so it really doesnt matter what damage type ...

You could train gallente. When you wish to fly amarr all you will need is energy turret skills. Additionally, the drone skills you acquired in your gallente training are going to be nice to have.

As mentioned before, if the cruiser is specifically fit for anti-frig, bye bye AF. If it's not the cruiser pilot will be going home in a nice warm pod. Also, any drone cruiser should be able to take one out (Arbitrator, thorax, vexor etc).
