As I work for one of the aforementioned isp's ADSL tech support I can categorical tell you all that 95% of speed issues and latency issues are down to traffic shaping of those isp's and they donĘt care about you or what you think, so your best opt...

My Problem is the FPS scince revelations launched, i dont know what was changed but its sucking sooo bad in fleet fights atm where as i had no issues as bad as 0.3 fps before

8. cap booster size (what happened??) - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
a while back i read that in the nxt patch cap boosters were to be made smaller in size(m3) to allow people to carry more in their cargo hold, seams like its not in patch notes, what happened????
