It's worth noting that an higher level but lower quality agent is always better than a higher quality but lower level one. That is, a level 2 agent of -15 qual is better than a level 1 agent of +15 qual.... At least according to the readme.

You can also fly different classes of ships. For example if you mine in an Osprey you gain 20% bonus per level on the ship... Though can someone clarify for us what 20% per level means - does it mean 20% per level of cruiser skill, and if so, is ...
