Well even if you find a internet cafe how big is the chance they have Eve ?? Has Eve even been released in Asia ? Maybe if you bring your own Eve and ask them to install it for you but i doubt it... So BS lvl 5 sounds like a good skill to train...

from scratch i had todo about 150 missions before i had my lvl 2 agent... but it was short mission where 90% was kill a rat in the same system But there is a skill that makes your standing go up and then it can go real fast to get a lvl 2 "vip...

Thing is you need to get so you dont have any target marked.. Easiest way todo that is to mark a target and then unlock... Now can you use any gun that isnt activated to start the crosshair... But dont press any other targeted thing because then ...
