I produced an order of 5 iterons from my corp hangar, delivered them when complete and they and the blueprint have vanished, am I missing something? Is this a bug or is there an extra hoop to jump through for ships as opposed to ammunition?

I'm getting the same error as Business bunny. The error message says Cannot copy Filepath://EveData.mdf as it is in use by another program. It then crashes and won't work.
