1. Known Issue Page: Empyrean Age 1.1 Update - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
In the end most of us believe that people need to be patient. There are a lot of big changes that have been in the works for a while now (if any of you read up on the latest news when you log in). These changes cannot be made by changing a line of...

2. Eve stopped working [Ubuntu] - in Linux [original thread]
Actually I would have to agree. Of course right now my WINE install isn't working and I blame Wine-Doors for that. Basically I install the Windows Premium Eve client using WINE-DOORS and I cannot get past the EULA. It actually doesn't show it, jus...

3. Resolutions on 8800 Nvida Card - in Windows [original thread]
I had the same problem when I was using an LCD HDTV. I have to agree with some of the other posts that it's your monitor. Also, if you are running a nVidia chipset another thing to look at is the nVidia Control Panel to ensure your settings are c...

4. Memory Dump when running Eve - in Windows [original thread]
I just wanted to let you all know what has happened. According to CCP I needed to disable the audio driver hardware acceleration and experiment until it works. They also said to turn off any EAX support. What I have found is when I turned on 5.1...

5. Difference between EVE on nVidia and ATI - in Windows [original thread]
The first thing I want to throw out there is the big difference between the cards themselves. I have 2 desktop computers, one with an 8800GT and one with an HD 2600 Pro. To start with, the technological gap between them will be the first clue. Al...

6. Crashy... - in Windows [original thread]
This sounds very similar as to my problem. I have a thread started http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=799716. If I stay docked I'm fine, but as soon as I undock and fly around a while I get a memory dump. Indicating to me a possibl...

7. Graphics Problems - in Windows [original thread]
Besides the fact that for some reason images have been disabled for your account, I might have some ideas. First try running in safe mode, then resetting the graphics. If that helps then continue to change the settings to your liking. Second ens...

8. Premium graphics on WinXP - any light at the end of the tunnel? - in Windows [original thread]
Interesting, seeing as how the cards I mentioned are designed to take almost all rendering off the CPU. Go to nVidia's website and check it out or grab a copy of CPU, Computer, or PC Gaming magazines and let me know what you find. Please do not v...

9. Premium graphics on WinXP - any light at the end of the tunnel? - in Windows [original thread]
Also, if you want to better run games the best thing to upgrade as of now is the video card. If you upgrade to either the 8800GT or 9 series from nvidia or the HD 3800 series from ATI, you will see a much bigger difference in performance than with...

10. Memory Dump when running Eve - in Windows [original thread]
Well I now have the latest graphics and audio drivers. I also checked switching to stock clocks and that didn't work. I also noticed that staying in a station the game is stable, if I move outside the station I will crash within a few minutes.

11. Memory Dump when running Eve - in Windows [original thread]
A few days after downloading the new Expansion my system will run a memory dump while playing Eve. The only changes I have made to my system was just the installation of the Expansion. I have ensured that my RAM is not defective, I can run other ...
