First off if you only plan on only doing radar, Grav and Mag sites use the BC. If You plan on doing unknowns you can not use just one ship in high sec to scan it down and do it. The gates restrict ship size most are going to be frigate to cruise...

What skills and at what level are needed besides Archaeology/Salvage for Magnetometric sites? I have yet to find one but if I do I want to be ready for it. I thought I read somewhere it was Plasma Physics too?
