Easiest way to get the download to work seems to be from this error page http://www.eveonline.com/download/?fallback=1 If you don't have BITS any other approach just puts you in a loop of downloading the installer, which when run tells you BITS ...

I'd be betting you could get 20b+ fairly easily. Very rare to see a high sp pure amarr without horrible base stats or borked training.

2.5 sounds reasonable. Gal characters are relatively undesirable currently, so you wont get a lot of bidding, but on the other hand there's always someone looking to try a new race if the price is right etc

you might want to consider extending this auction, as most bidders will have dismissed it as having a buyout and being closed - until the retraction 5 minutes before it ended.
