1. Ship ability buff -> Drone - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
If a ship has a buff to a certain trait like; + 7.5 % to ECM + 7.5 % to Remote Damper, etc Does that carry over to the drone you may use as well? Or, is it just modules you mount to ship? As in a bonus for using an ECM drone in the 1st case or ...

I was exploring into 0.4 space my 1st (and last) time and as soon as I passed thru to other side, I was blasted by Concord. Still not sure why. I thought it was gankers until I read kill report.

I've been playing only a couple of days and finished intro training, etc. Why to seasoned players feel compelled to attack new players? What am I expecting and what/where should I avoid? I just don't understand the purpose of PVP in this game yet.
