Just fit it out cautiously to start with a very large tank. You should obviously have T2 weaponry, drones and tanking gear preferably faction where applicable. Missions are more know how for the most part so if you've mastered them in another ship...

May be worth noting that if you're not scrambling each other the curse will just nos you to hell from outside of Heavy Nos/Neut range. Your only chance is destroying his drones and then him using your drones. ECCM may be worth fitting.
