Well they were originally created by the Caldari and the Amarr, but the blueprints were lost in the war. Nowadays, only Concord ships have this technology. That's why they are so hard to kill..

I like the fit, I'm a little worried if you come across a gang with two Curse. If they cycle their neuts well, I doub't you can keep that Booster going.. Have fun anyway!

If you have good droneskills, a Rattlesnake might be an option. T2 Torps fly 45km on it, so there are few ships that orbit higher.
