Cause they will still post in local and other channels. Banning them doesn't necessarily work cause they already created 5 accounts incase if they get banned. So once one goes, they already have backups and I have seen it happen.

Training to level 4 takes only a day or two on some kills and then training ot level 5 on that same skill will be like 20-30 something days? Yay I get to pay CCP to train only 1 skill a month to level 5 for $15 bucks.
