Right now the Caldari Battlecruiser has 6 midslots, so it could do EW as well as a BB plus do more damage and have more defense. However the stats aren't final and the real price is unknown.

It doesn't matter if you call them isk sinks or not. What would really happen if the insurance paid more would be the price would just continue to increase. Right now the supply of components is limited by the number of people willing to do agent ...
