I created an alt for mining and used the "refer a friend" from my main but can't find the 250k bonus skillpoints. Am I missing the obvious or are you not supposed to get them if the referring account is your own?

I'm looking at the Astero for exploring and it says it has a Gallente and Amarr Frigate bonus. I know I can train Gallente and Amarr frigate skills but will I get those bonuses if I'm Caldari?

There was some kind of holiday thing where you got a skill point bonus or something like that? I understood it was to end Jan 1st but could be wrong about the whole thing as it was a few weeks ago it was announced.

I'm confused because the Malkuth have a reload of 35s compared to the regular reload of 10s yet they have a faster rate of fire, 16 compared to 7.41. How can you have faster RoF if it takes longer to reload?
